Unlike traditional brokers, we do not receive commissions from sellers or represent both sides of a transaction. Yes. We work with aviation lenders across multiple jurisdictions and can help evaluate financing vs. outright purchase, operating lease structures, and tax-efficient ownership vehicles (SPVs, trusts, AOCs). We do not sell financial products.

We validate asking prices against recent comparable transactions from JETNET, WINGX, and our own database. A written valuation memo is provided before any offer is made — our negotiation is built on documented market data, not estimates.

Our involvement continues post-delivery: operator handover documentation, initial crew coordination, insurance placement, and first maintenance event planning. For fleet buyers we also assist with CAMO setup and residual value monitoring.
