Business Jet Dealer provides independent, buyer-side advisory services for the acquisition of executive aircraft. We represent buyers exclusively; we do not represent sellers and do not receive commissions from sellers. Any advisory fee is agreed directly with the buyer before work begins, as described on our About Us page.

2. Information provided "as is"

Aircraft specifications, performance figures, pricing, and availability shown on the Site are provided for general informational and comparison purposes. They are compiled from manufacturer data, market sources, and listings information, and may contain inaccuracies or become outdated. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any aircraft, model, or listing shown. Always verify specifications, condition, and pricing directly with us before making any decision.

3. Not a binding offer

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to sell, lease, or broker any specific aircraft. Listings are subject to prior sale, price change, or withdrawal without notice. Any actual transaction is governed by a separate written agreement between the relevant parties.

4. No financial, legal, or tax advice

Content on the Site, including the blog, is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult your own qualified advisors before making any acquisition, financing, or ownership-structure decision.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, and original graphics are the property of Business Jet Dealer or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Aircraft photography and manufacturer specifications may be subject to third-party rights.
