Business Jet Dealer exists because the traditional brokerage model has a structural conflict of interest: the broker is paid by the seller, so the broker's incentives point toward the seller — even when they claim to represent you.
We represent buyers exclusively. We are never paid a commission by a seller, and we never represent both sides of a transaction. Instead, we are compensated directly by the buyer through a transparent advisory fee based on the aircraft's value — agreed before any work begins.
That single structural difference changes everything downstream: market research is done to find the right aircraft, not the one that pays the biggest commission. Negotiation is genuinely adversarial toward the seller. Technical due diligence has no incentive to be softened.
