Business Jet Dealer ("we", "us", "our") provides independent, buyer-side executive jet acquisition advisory. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through businessjetdealer.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and the choices you have.

  • Contact and inquiry data you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and any message content, when you submit our contact form, request advisory for a specific aircraft, or message us via WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, Line, or VK.
  • Usage data collected automatically: pages visited, referring URL, approximate location (city/country level, derived from IP), device and browser type, and on-site interactions (searches, filters applied, comparisons made).
  • Cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 4 below.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to your acquisition advisory request and provide the service you asked for
  • To improve the Site's content, search and comparison tools, based on aggregated usage patterns
  • To measure the effectiveness of our marketing (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook) — only where you have consented to non-essential cookies

  • Google Analytics / Google Ads — website analytics and advertising measurement (only with consent).
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising measurement (only with consent).
  • Netlify — hosting infrastructure for the Site.
  • Neon (PostgreSQL) — database hosting for aircraft listings and inquiry records.

6. Data retention

We retain inquiry and contact data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide advisory services and maintain business records, and delete or anonymize it when no longer needed, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
