No. BJD is compensated directly by the buyer through a transparent advisory fee based on the aircraft's estimated value. Unlike traditional brokers, we do not receive commissions from sellers or represent both sides of a transaction. We work exclusively for the buyer, maintaining complete independence throughout the acquisition process. Our objective is simple: to help you identify the right aircraft, negotiate the best possible terms, and make an informed purchasing decision based solely on your interests.

Yes. We work with aviation lenders across multiple jurisdictions and can help evaluate financing vs. outright purchase, operating lease structures, and tax-efficient ownership vehicles (SPVs, trusts, AOCs). We do not sell financial products.

We validate asking prices against recent comparable transactions from JETNET, WINGX, and our own database. A written valuation memo is provided before any offer is made — our negotiation is built on documented market data, not estimates.

Our involvement continues post-delivery: operator handover documentation, initial crew coordination, insurance placement, and first maintenance event planning. For fleet buyers we also assist with CAMO setup and residual value monitoring.
